Citric Acid

Natural citric acid is a fruit acid (AHA). In cosmetics it is used to regulate product’s PH level. Due to this acid, body care products feature pH close to the level of healthy skin pH=5,5, while hair care products have a low pH, reducing hair’s surface damage.
