  • apple vinegar

Process

For the soaks Dr. Konopko utilized infusions of geranium, common lady’s mantle, comfrey, marshmallow and houseleeks leaves. He also added some apple vinegar to the water. Keep your feet in this fluid, rub them well, using hand creams.

Cold feet can be warmed with a mix of cayenne pepper and talcum put into socks. Or else you can use cold and hot foot soaks in turns, finishing with the cold ones to be followed by an active rubbing with a coarse towel. The bloodstream will boost, the feet will get warm, but it takes some courage to immerse feet in cold water for the first time.
