You will need

  • hazelnut
  • yoghurt
  • 5 fresh strawberries


Dr. Konopko advises to arm yourself with time and patience: prepare a few masks based on several recipes and apply them to relevant skin areas, which as you know may be oily (nose and forehead zones, for instance) or sensitive (cheeks). This is the best option, though if you are pressed for time there is a special mask for combination skin. It is easy to prepare and has a delicious smell.

Take some hazelnuts and grind them. Add yoghurt and 5 fresh strawberries. You’ll get a thick mash, which thanks to its proportions, will soften your skin and infuse it with vitamins. By the way, all the leftovers can be eaten. Yoghurt with strawberries and hazelnuts is truly delicious!
