Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate

It is an emulsifier, i.e. a component that retains droplets of oil in emulsions in the water phase. It provides creams with a pleasant, lightweight and even texture. This emulsifier is very effective, so its share in the end product is really small — less than 1%.
